Excellent, trustworthy service. Carl and his crew have been doing jobs for us for over 10 years at both our previous home and when we moved in 2010. Great communication, flexible, always on time, and they always clean up. In addition to many service calls and running water lines, hooking up new bathrooms, etc, last year they replaced our hot water heater and gas fire place and most recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner this month. Reasonably priced and honest - we even leave them at our house to complete jobs while we are at work. Highly recommend them!

We've been using Carter's for years, both at our business and residence. They most recently installed 2 complete a/c systems in our historic home, and was able to do so without having to tear the house apart. Great small company to work with, and an excellent trustworthy crew.
