I have been going to Cavallo's since 1992 and it is still a memorable experience. I became a Cavallo apostle, bringing friends there to share the wonders of the property, the antiques and paintings, the food, and most of all Shirley Cavallo.
I could go on and on about the food but will just say I have never had anything that was not perfect. Friends were married there. My daughter was married there.
I live a distance away now but still strive to get back there as much as possible. It is, as someone else posted, like an evening in Italy.
