I had a class that required a textbook that was available online via ebook or at the CCAC Allegheny Campus Bookstore. Since I take my classes online I decided to just make the drive over (if the book was available) because it's easier to work on my PC and have the book in my other hand. The Allegheny Campus is at a very unconveint distance. I called an abundance of times and days to the bookstore to make sure the book was available. After consistent ringing and no answers (on all days that I called) I decided to look online to check for the availability. The website said "In-Stock" which brought me to assume the book was available in the store. To my surprise no book was "In-Stock." I took the hour drive back home. I'm only really angry about the bookstore not answering my phone calls. I was told by friends how well-known they were for their lack of answering but I never thought it was this bad. The campus is beautiful but I'll be sure to find another way of getting a hold of a book that's only available at the Allegheny bookstore.
I aprriciate if they change the books store hour with what is on the web site, their not matching!!!!! I came to books store at 2.15pm and its close, on the web site its open till 4pm:(
