Bad. I lost my consignment card (ok twice, but in my defense I have ADHD and Dyslexia and am not very organized). She refused to pay me my money without my card because there was no way to identify the person picking up the funds. So I offered her my drivers license. I said isn't that good enough? The woman there said it helps but if you don't bring your card in (which I already told her I lost and she said she wasn't issuing me another) that I wasn't getting my money for my consignment products I gave them to sell on my behalf. She also didn't offer to return my consignment products. I went to the police. They told me to contact the owner, and if the owner didn't make things clear, then to proceed to judge Mensch. If they don't give me my products I will be suing them. UNBELIEVABLLY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS.
