Center Exit Tire

Terrible experience. Tried to talk me into new tires I didn’t want when I was their for a front end alignment. I get it, gotta push the merchandise. Told me I had to have a full car alignment when my back tires are fixed (strike one.) I figured whatever they don’t have a machine that does just front. They then told me I needed strut mounts for my back tires which if they weren’t trying to align the FIXED back tires wouldn’t be a problem (strike two.) Two hours later they rotated one of my tires, yes only one, told me they were doing me a favor for not charging me because of my wait. Which they then proceeded to tell me was due to not having an appointment which I had made the day before and they finally admitted to “losing” won’t be back. Hope you have a better experience.
