If I could give them a zero, I would. They were incredibly rude and refused to treat me because I told them they should change the hours on their website to accurately indicate their hours. I have very specific hours that I can see a doctor/dentist (I'm a teacher and do not like taking off of work and leaving my students), and if the hours on the website are not accurate, it's a waste of my time to have to call 3 times before finding that out. They say they're open until 5, but I called twice before 5 and no one answered, and then when I finally got ahold of them, I'm told they don't schedule any appointments after 3:30, and even that doesn't happen often. If your hours are until 5, I would assumeyou schedule appointments until at least 4. Dentists, don't recommend them if you want your patients to be happy. If this is how they treat someone over the phone, I can't imagine how terrible their service must be in person! She didn't like that I pointed out a flaw on their webpage (which most businesses would appreciate so they could fix it), so she refused my business and hung up on me! Update: They called my dentist and told them that I left two messages screaming at them! That is far from the truth. In the first message, I left a message to nicely let them know that their hours on their website weren't up to date. I would think a business would want to accurately reflect themselves on their website since that's likely the way most new patients still learn about them. The next message I was more frustrated because it had happened yet again, but I most certainly did not yell. To call my dentist and tell them that I did is defamation. Luckily, my dental hygienist knows me well and knows that's not something I would do.
I had a root canal performed by Dr. Devey and received excellent care as well as customer service. Everybody was fantastic, including the receptionist, assistant and the doctor himself. Will go back if I ever need more dental work!
