The staff seemed nice enough BEFORE the sale but did not hold up to their word AFTER the sale! Even it they would have been nice about the fact that there was supposedly nothing they could do, it might have made a difference. I sometimes have problems with the nose piece and I verified that it could be changed if necessary to be more comfortable. The first time I went back they made an adjustment and said to try that first. The second time I went back I was told that only one nose piece would fit this style and there was NOTHING they could do. If I wanted another pair of glasses, it would be full price. I told them I would not be back and I would also share my experience with everyone I knew or came in contact with about their horrible customer service!
