Had a great experience with my New Grand Cherokee, had a screw in my tire and brought it in for service and I can't say enough good things about Alfredo the service manager. They unfortunately didn't have the tire I needed in stock but Alfredo was able to get it ordered and my car was fixed the next day! Thankfully when I purchased the vehicle it was highly recommended that I get the Total Care warranty and it has saved me probably close to $1,000 so far and I've only had the vehicle for a few months. Every time I've had to get service, it was always quick, very reasonably priced and if there was a wait, I was offered a free loaner. More than satisfied with Alfredo and the rest of the Chapman service crew!
