The Charcuterie

Great, inventive foods. Their menu is fresh and flavorful. I love their soups, and the mac n cheese with bacon is superb. The wait staff always introduces themselves and are quick and polite. The owner (who is also currently the mayor of Stroudsburg) also always comes over to say hello when she is there.
