Great Service, Great Price! I brought in my Grandmother's wing back chair to be reupholstered. Ms. Chianelli was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping us pick out the right fabric for our chair. Going in we had no idea what to expect but we could not have been any happier. I was so concerned with giving such an old family heirloom to someone to fix because you never know who will do a good job and who will do it like Pinterest. Mr. Chianelli clearly has a love for furniture and treated our old chair with the respect that I was hoping for. He kept all of the original framework while replacing all of the pieces that were appropriate to keep it functional for our family. He says that this chair will be able to be passed down to my children's children and I believe him! We also had an ottoman that went with the chair reupholstered. I requested an additional slip cover for the ottoman because we have children and a dog (previous to being reupholstered this ottoman was the only furniture the dog was allowed on, to look out the window). Mr. Chianelli reupholstered the ottoman and made a slip cover for the ottoman as well. I could not be happier with the services that we received at Chianelli Designs.
