I sent in 4 amps in Jan 2008. 3 broken and 1 working, March of 2009 (13 months later) I received 2 of my amps back. the one that worked and 1 still broken. Then another broken amp in May 2009, I am still waiting for the last amp (still broken). I was given a tracking number 2 weeks ago and it was a fake. Never shipped just billing info entered to keep me from calling them. now its 8-31-2009 and I am still waiting for my amp back so I can take it somewhere else to get repaired. So, Takes FOREVER and still broken when you get back if you get back. Take your broken amps somewhere else if you want them fixed. if you want to store them then send them here.
