Citizens Bank

Tried to give it a negative 5 stars but it would not let me. DO NOT BANK HERE OR ANY CITIZENS BANK FOR THAT MATTER!!! I am currently and have been for some time, contacted continuously by citizens bank because they failed to do their jobs correctly. A man by the name of chris, that was an employee, cut my card and told me that I was no longer banking with citizens bank anymore...with my permission after I zeroed it out. Weeks go by and I am told their were major fees and that I still had an opened account. There was NO RECORD of me closing the account. that was 2016, 2017 I was told there was never a person by the name of chris that even worked there, 2018 I was told that I must wait 7 days after zeroing out an account before closing it. CITIZENS BANK IS NOT FOR CITIZENS its for the money laundering people behind the banks with their lack of communication and LIES !!!!
