I would not recommend this bank. Other than the lackluster help they provide there are also hidden fees and charges made to ones account that are not clearly outlined in any paperwork. While customer service remains on the fence. Some that work there seem incompetant while others help you through problems in a timely and organized manner. Overall if asked for advice, I would say that there are many banks within Elizabethtown to choose from, but if you are looking for an excellent one, take Citizens Bank off of your Top 5.
