One of the worse purchasing experience in my life seriously -- I'll give this company a negative 5 stars and that is being generous if I could – This experience says -- stay clear of this company if you want to be treated fairly, and truthfully. Here may story -- Ordered a bath cabinet and a top - explained what the dimensions were and they took my money and gave me a date. The date changed and changed and changed over 4 times. I call up the last time four weeks after I placed my order and was told "it on its way" from the west coast and was originally delayed because of the top dimension. I said I had to be sure of the dated because the contractor was tired of getting jerked around. Classic Kitchens stated it was defiantly in-route, top and all and would be in within three days. Three days later -- I find out that the top will be another 2 weeks. The owner then accused me and my wife of not understanding what he said and started over-talking me. He was arrogant, belligerent in tone along with not being truthful and trustworthy. They kept on changing the story and it cost me not completing the project on time and lost revenue because I could not rent the property. My reputations with my contractor suffered. – What else can I say – Stay clear unless you what and experience like mine.
