From start to finish this was an easy and pleasant experience. I had four bedroom closet systems installed. Janet's design consultation was actually fun.....even my husband enjoyed it! The workmanship is very good and there was a minor snarl with one of my closet pieces, which I was informed about before the installers arrived, and arrangements were made immediately to rectify the problem. The installers wore booties and were very neat. They also took great care not to make any marks or scrapes on my freshly painted closet interiors. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise!

Closet City organized my walk-in closet in my new apartment - installed drawers, shelves, and clothing rods.They did an excellent job. Janet came to observe what I needed, then the installer came to measure, and the installer then came back later to actually install the closet organizing system. They accelerated the work even though they had a tight schedule, since I had been living out of boxes on the floor for weeks. Janet came and assessed my needs perfectly. The installer (and his helper) were experts at what they do, and were polite and efficient to boot. I had no qualms about having these installers in my home. They are local people from a similar socio-economic status as mine. With this closet organization, I can get a lot more in my closet than before, and everything is easily accessible. Janet gave me all my special requests, such as max shelf height, hooks in certain spots, an ironing board in a drawer in the closet (one of my favorite things!), etc. The quality of the materials used is excellent. The finish is so smooth it almost feels soft. The paint has a "deep" look, similar to how paint on a very expensive car looks. Even the hooks are lovely. The jewelry drawers have dividers to keep things from sliding around, a touch I really appreciate. All drawers open and close very smoothly. One beautiful touch is curved corners on the shoe shelves, as they continue from shelves on one wall of the closet to the adjacent wall. There was only one small glitch: One drawer front was ordered in the wrong color, so a second visit is necessary by the head installer, but it will only take 5 minutes or so. I highly recommend Closet City (working with owner Janet Stevenson).
