Bought a quadrafire stove from them. Started having problems first year. Comfort one, nor Quadrafire no help. Blamed it on not keeping clean, which we did. A week after they checked my stove, which had once again shut down, the exhaust pipe came free from stove. Black smoke went all over our house, ruining new paint job. When they installed our stove, their installers were not “certified installers”, which we should have checked before. We now use Swift Services, who are certified in DE and PA. We ended up giving the Quad away, and Swift installed a Napoleon stove.
