From start to finish Rich made me feel like a priority. The deal was sealed with a handshake and a verbal agreement that Rich held true to. I left the dealership not feeling like a number, but a valued customer. I can honestly say this was the most positive experience I have ever had at a car dealership, the best experience with a sales person I have ever had and I will gladly drive the 2+ hours the next time I need to buy a car to avoid that dreadful feeling I get when I have to go car shopping.
