Those girls have earned their licenses, and the proof is in the acrylic. ..TLC is not the place to run in and back out in 20 minutes or less, they are "old school" you go there for your "pamper time", you engage in meaningful conversation. The nail enhancements are done properly, the way it is taught in the academy. .. not passed down from family member to family member, with eight different people using one license (FYI) OH THANK YOU TLC ..you have no idea how much it means to some of us, to be included IN ALL conversations that take place within the walls of our oh so sacred "girl - lie time"
