CrossFit LifeForce

I absolutely love crossfit lifeforce! The coaches are friendly and the owner was very helpful. I have been to many other crossfit gyms and comparatively they are the best priced and have the best class times... plus if you are super dedicated you can attend more than one class per day which most gyms won't allow. I definitely recommend them.

Wish I could leave a zero. For what it is, this place is really overpriced. There are better gyms in the area with professional coaches who pay attention to their classes and actually coach. This place is a little bit sloppy and unorganized. Fellow gym goers seem nice enough, but the owner is difficult to deal with. One of those smiling on the outside, miserable on the inside types.
