Worst customer service ever! We got a termite warranty from them as part of a house settlement -- they did a treatment in February, but come May our basement got swarmed. Then we took off the carpet, and saw live ones. They came over, poked around, and said there isn't anything there, the ones I saw will eventually die, and that they will foam the boards just to make me feel better. A few days later, we ripped off the bad hardwood, and more termites! This was after they supposedly foamed. They came over again to retreat---I wanted to watch-- I turned around to give my son a snack for no more than 15 minutes -- and the tech was gone! Who knows if he really re-treated the perimeter, nobody saw him do so, they won't answer the phone, won't return your call, won't reply by email, and their "office" is just a mailbox. What a sham! So disappointing!
