Absolutely poor customer care. I was called in a prescription by the office I work for. Four hours later I went to pick it up. The CVS staff claimed they did not receive the order. I then called the office to clarify this, and the physician took time out of his day to call the pharmacy again. As I sat waiting, I noticed they continually let the phone ring without caring to answer. After the physician had called twice, finally someone spoke to him regarding the prescription. I waited an additional fifteen minutes and then asked the CVS staff when they believed the medication would be ready for pickup. They stated they did not have any orders and that the office was at fault. I again contacted the office who informed me the physician did call. At this point in time I informed the CVS staff again that I indeed work at the physician's practice and I knew for a fact it was called in. I asked them again what time it might be ready. They said "oh just check back whenever, we still don't have any orders from that doctor." During that time, a CVS pharmacy staff member turned to another patient behind me and asked her, "you know how these doctor's offices are. They will say they did something when they didn't." I am appalled and disgusted that these staff members would act in such a manner. I again phoned the office and inconvenienced the physician yet again to call my prescription in to a different pharmacy. This is my second time dealing with this pharmacy, again, a negative experience, and I will take my business elsewhere.
