CVS

I just had a terrible experience at this CVS pharmacy tonight. I was there to pick up my prescription around 8pm. There was only one lady at the pick up counter in front of me. After I waited several minutes, another lady showed up and cut in line and the pharmacist took care of her first. I could not believe it! So I questioned the situation by saying that "I think I am the next person in line". The other lady got angry and started to abuse me verbally by saying things like that "you could have done something else to make the situation less negative... you are rude; maybe this is because of your culture...you have ruined my day..." Being a quiet and shy person, I was dumbfounded by the attack and could not say much except "how was I rude? how is this related to my culture?" During the whole process, the pharmacist and the manager at the counter were just watching without saying anything. I could not believe how I was treated as a customer at CVS pharmacy - I almost had a heart attack after hearing all the trash talks!
