On Tuesday, 11/19 the pharmacist was supposed to contact my physician to resolve a problem and I was to return on a later date to collect my prescription. I arrived today, (a Friday) and waited at the drive-up window for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. Well, it appears my Dr. was never contacted, which I understand may happen at any busy establishment with a junior employee. I'm very tolerant of this type of mistake as I've made some terrible mistakes too, far worse than this. But what I don't accept is the attitude of the individual who waited on me at the window... Basically, he told me to call my physician and come back later. I understand mistakes, I/we make them quiteoften (we're human afterall), but I DON'T understand the "Resolve it yourself and comeback later" attitude that prevailed here.
