Dropped off a couple of scripts after oral surgery for pain meds and an antibiotic. Asked if they took Apple pay and they said no (which is weird, Walgreens does). Fine, asked how long the fill would take and the incompetent blonde working said 15 minutes. I go home, grab my wallet and then do a couple of quick errands before heading back to CVS. The blonde says it isn’t ready yet. Huh!? I ask how much longer and she says 15 minutes. So fifteen to fill and then an hour plus later it is still fifteen minutes!? Ugh, so now I have to go back a third time. Meanwhile I am supposed to be applying ice but instead I am chasing down CVS. I can’t believe how incompetent these people are - how many hours does it take to fill two scripts!? If they just said it would take hours I’d have waited longer to go back. Lesson learned: avoid CVS or if you have to go, understand that they don’t know how to do their job.
