CVS

Store is in convenient location, well-organized and clean and tidy. Pharmacy area is bustling, but not very organized. No specified line, so people tend to come from different aisles or congregate around counter. This was my first visit. MD office had called / faxed my Rx at least 40 minutes before my arrival. I waited in line and gave my name. Not ready; told it would be at least another 10 min. Was never asked for my CVS card or whether I had been there before. After nearly 20 min., name was called & I handed the Pharmacy Tech my CVS Rx card. She looked at it in disgust and told me it would need to be redone and would take another 10 minutes. It was again longer! No apology for the delay, despite my own for not knowing I had to present it upon arrival!
