I am a state licensed insurance producer, as well as a long standing customer of cvs. I stopped in today to see about picking up a prescription, and figured I would ask about possible insurance coverage for the employees. When I did the store manager Dan (would not give any other info about who he was) was so very rude. He basically pushed me out the door. I am used to NO in my line of work, but most people just say they aren't interested and I say have a good day and move on. Dan was so very rude and disrespectful that I felt that I need to let others know about the temper and lack of professionalism shown by the management of this establishment. I hope others have better experiences, but I have since transferred all prescriptions of mine to another pharmacy, and also plan to make a formal complaint Monday. Sorry about the length of the post, but my previous job was as the GM of a slightly larger establishment and first I made sure I knew what constituted solicitation, and even if someone where to solicit especially a customer, I would politely say no. There is no excuse for that lack of professionalism.
