I wish I could get my prescriptions filled elsewhere, but my insurance is contracted with CVS (we don't care) Caremark. They are very unorganized. I have had multiple customer service reps give me different information, so I never know what is correct. Today I received a prescription that was the wrong strength. The prescription was sent correctly by my doctor, but they are telling me that when they called me to verify they mentioned a different strength (I had two Reps call me on different days) and that I said ok to the incorrect strength. So it's my fault and now I have to pay for the correct prescription that my doctor actually gave them. Does that sound right. If you have a choice you may want to go elsewhere.
