I've been a very loyal customer for awhile now. Didn't like how they didn't add my auto reimbursement to my policy when I first made the call about it. It took 3 or 4 phone calls in a month and a half to get it added. Yes the staff dropped the ball and I even requested the agent to call me which he failed to do. Maybe it's time to find another insurance carrier if this is how they treat there customers.
