The Dapper Doughnut

Like most, you look at the donuts and go "what's so special about these micro donuts?" but the texture you get from a bite size donut is definitely different from your average 3-5 bite doughnut. Crispy and oily...yet manageable and delicious. Watch them drop in the fancy doughnut cooker contraption (reminds me of the game mouse trap), then get topped by hand with care.
