Avoid at all cost! Totally horrendous customer service. I had them dry clean an expensive, custom tailored Vera Wang tuxedo. However, I received my tuxedo back with the wrong pants. You would think this would be no big deal and that they would locate the correct pants or at least make some attempt and remedying the situation. I went back to the cleaners and informed them of the situation and they initially told me to just drop off the wrong pair of pants to them. They later called me and told me that I needed to bring back the tuxedo jacket as well. Therefore I had to make another trip to the cleaners. I was told that the owner, that works out of another location, would be in touch with me shortly. Over a month goes by and nothing. I stop again at the cleaners and complain that I hadn't receive any follow up regarding my issue with my tux ( which they still had). The clerk expressed shock that the owner had not contacted me. She stated that she would notify the business owner again about the situation and she assured me that the owner would contact me. I wait 2 or 3 more days and stop by the location again to convey that I had not heard from anyone. The attending clerk expressed dismay and apologized. She provided me with a business card and suggested that I call the other location and ask to directly speak with the owner. I call the other location and another worker states that the owner isn't often on the premises, but assured me again that she would personally ensure that I would be contacted. Days go by and again I receive no phone calls. I go back to the cleaners and the clerk again appears genuinely apologetic. I ask for my tuxedo back and she stated that it was at the other location, but stated that she could have it retrieved and brought back to the location. I have to go back the following day to pick up the tuxedo. Although I was being beyond reasonable, throughout this ordeal with this establishment, I nevertheless was treated with total disregard. Now I have to waste more time, by taking them to civil court. Totally ridiculous!
