I had my first haircut with Lou, and before starting, he and I talked about my hair, and what I'd like. Lou showed me photos of haircuts he thought matched what I was looking for, so I could let him know, yes for this, no for that, a little more this, and a little less that, etc. After that, I had a great wash, and then the haircut. I think this is clearly the best haircut I've ever had. I intend to live a very long time, so please, Lou, never retire!
