The receptionist keeps getting mistakes. We had to move our schedule to other day because she booked us with wrong spot. We had to move my child's music lesson to other day because of her mistake but there was no such a thing like apology. Then another time, she never gave us a phone call to let us know that our appointment got cancelled due to the doctor's absent. They supposed to have three different phone numbers of myself and my spouse, but she never even attempted to call us to let us know they had to cancel my appointment on the day of! All she did was sending an email with a short sentence just couple hours before the appointment. Although I should be the primary contact, she decided to send an email (that contains only a sentence) to my spouse who usually does not check personal email at work. Why should he? When we showed up to the office, all she said was "I sent email couple hours ago." No apologize or anything. I had to take half day off for that appointment and we spent more than an hour to drive to the place. Great job and such a grace attitude, Ms
