I inquired about a car online and Joe A. got in contact with me right away. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. After a test drive and a thorough rundown of all the components of the vehicle, I drove away very happy in my new car. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. It was a truly great experience and I will definitely go to them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.

While having just begun the process of restoring my '87 cargo van, Toyota happened to discontinue the whole line of OEM parts that I still needed . As my hopes for properly completing the needed repairs began to fade, a twist of fate connected me with Diamond Toyota. From my experience I would say that they went above and beyond what would be considered good customer service. Although they assured me that they were just doing their job, I would rather describe it as a reminder of how high the quality standards for customer service can and should be, and that's easily worth five full stars from me.
