We switched our three policies (home, auto, & cottage) from Nationwide to DJI/Erie about a year ago. We have had numerous changes in our auto policy, as well as a claim against our homeowner's. DJI has been quick to respond to our calls or emails whenever we have communicated, and we've always felt that we were treated courteously and given plenty of time to ask our questions and review issues. Also, it is nice to be able to just drop in at the office unannounced when we have a question.
