Domino's Pizza

About a month-and-a-half ago I ordered a cheese pizza and a brownie for my child and myself a rare treat. The brownie was burnt to a black crisp. I took pictures of this and sent it as proof. I called the store and asked if they could send a new one and I would give them the old one or show them. I was told yes and two hours later I still did not have our food I received a call from the driver asking me if I was sure I wanted it I said yes she said she was too busy and could bring it the next day nothing ever happened I then reached out to customer service and got a call back from the district manager who promised me repeatedly through text messages that I have that he would send me a gift card as an apology for what happened. Nothing was ever sent I would send a message asking if he still was planning on sending the gift card after weeks of nothing and he would say yes over and over and again. Nothing ever came my biggest issue with this is the lies very disappointed and don't think I will be ordering from this chain again
