Dooley-Pyne's professional care with our garden, their great kindness and conscientious way of handling any questions or concerns, all helped to bring our home into Spring glory. Nothing is more bothersome these days than when a company, big or small, advertises itself one way and behaves far, far the other way. To be fair I never had work done by Dooley-Pyne. My wife and 8 year old daughter parked on a public street in downtown Media on a Saturday morning. Dooley-Pyne was doing leaf clean up for the bank on the corner. The 4-5 workers wearing masks and back pack blowers thought it would be funny to blow some air towards my wife and daughter, coat their car with leaves. While some hot chocolate was spilled, my daughter a bit scared, the fact that the workers laughed outwardly was the most unacceptable part. To make matters worse, I reach out to the company, 4 different times, actually talked to "someone in charge", whom guarantees me he will personally look into this matter. Never heard from them again! Repeated messages/emails with no response. Ironic that the company has a picture of a family on the website, apparently aimed at advertising points since my family certainly is not their concern.
