I've lived in State College for 3 years and had never found a nail salon I was satisfied with until I went to downtown nails. It doesn't have the appearance of the more fancy salons in the area, but it is very cute and sweet. The owner and her husband are very nice, and they do a great job on my nails. The designs that they do are the best that I have ever seen, and they truly make my nails into a piece of art. Everyone asks me where I get my nails done! I would not go anywhere else in State College.
