Drybar Ardmore in Suburban Square

Will not be returning to this location. My stylist was very nice and did a great job BUT the place is so disorganized! I had a 4 pm appointment on Saturday and when I arrived I looked around and noticed there were about 5-6 people waiting. The receptionist did NOT mention to me that they were running behind...so I just assumed they were walk-ins. Only when another woman went up to ask about the delay did I learn that they were running approximately an hour behind. UM that is outrageous! How about some transparency up front when people check in to let them know and give them an option to wait around or not? I wasn't seen until 4:45 pm and had to tell the poor stylist who was already probably frustrated to go as fast as possible so I wouldn't be late for my event (which I was). The receptionist mentioned to me that they don't have phones at their location and therefore aren't able to call customers to let them know about delays. WHAT!? That seems insane to me. Not sure if I'll be returning to Drybar at all. Extremely disappointed

first of all, i would love to say I'm so glad DryBar came to this location! I loved the energy as soon as i walked in the doors. it was very pretty and clean! the receptionist was really nice and welcoming, she was also very helpful with getting me a beverage of my choice. Thank You Kee! i loved my hair so much, the stylist was so nice and did exactly what i wanted! i signed up to be a Bar Fly member. Thank you Dry Bar cant wait to come again!

I've got extremely fine, tricky hair. Very hard to blow out. I saw Gabrielle and she did such an incredible job. My hair was full of body and volume, it stayed all night! Will be coming back for ALL my styling needs.
