Dunkin' Donuts

I have been going to this location since it opened. Great service, very nice staff on a consistent basis. One of the best DD's I've experienced.

I'm not sure if this location is under new management but I've noticed the whole morning crew is different and the service is now awful! I ordered an iced coffee with skim milk and it didnt look like they put any in (was dark so hard to tell) They reassured it was put in. When I got to work my coffee was pitch black. The past 2 days they have handed me hot coffee with coffee spilling all over the outside of my cup. They see it but won't even offer a napkin unless I ask. I go here because its the only one I pass with a drive thru but I feel like I need to find a new one.
