Dunkin' Donuts

Absolutely horrible!!!! Burnt coffee, went back 2 more cups both burnt, employee called manager, refused to refund me my money...stated there is a "no refund policy". Employee kept trying to offer me something else(like I would accept anything from that location). E-mailed corporate, walked out and went to location in Limerick and got a good cup of coffee....Will not return to this location again except to get my refund.
