I like Dunkin' Donuts but the one in North Versailles lacks severely in customer service. I went there on 4/14/17 to get donuts and I was in the drive thru and was attempting to reload my Dunkin card to use it to pay for my donuts. While there I hear a manager or someone ask inside, loudly, "What is the hold up at the window?" Now I have done the same at a Starbucks drive thru and NEVER had someone that works for Starbucks say ANYTHING like that. Dunkin at North Versailles has messed up orders I've placed, they've given me less than stellar customer service before. But I gave them another chance just for this to happen. Sorry Dunkin but unless you get this store in shape you may lose a customer for life. And I intend to share this on many review sites and with many people.
