EB Tattoo

This was to be my first professionally done ink, I did a lot of research, pictures, gave a deposit before meeting the artist, and was scheduled 3 months out. My appointment was to be at 2pm today, unfortunately I work 2 hrs. from home and due to a sudden death within our company (one of our lineman went to Florida during hurricane irma to help restore power and suffered a stroke) was asked to stay to support the bereavement counselor today. I called to inform EB tattoo I would be able to come but could not get there till 4pm. This was at 1:08 pm, I was told someone would be in shortly and they would give me a call, the left me a message after 3 pm to say due to the amount of work I was having done they would not have enough time and I would have to give another $150.00 deposit and forfeit the previous also. I know this must doing like a tall story, but thanks for your understanding EB tattoo. Great art work, poor customer relations.
