I ordered an arrangement for a friend as a thank you. I didn't know that she wouldn't be around. These folks contacted her, found out she wouldn't be around and determined a convenient time for her to make a new delivery. Then they called me to let me know. I asked if there was a fee for the new delivery and they said absolutely not. Now that is great service. Thank you folks!
