My friend ordered from E.A. for my birthday. The product that arrived had fruit that was either dried out or overripe. I went in to the store to speak with them and they immediately credited my friends account.
I asked them to stop by and pick up the gift so that they could see for themselves and figure out what happened. When they offered, I asked them NOT to bring me another arrangement, only some fruit so that I would know what their usual standard is.
They sent me a beautiful arrangement. All the fruit was excellent. That is a pretty stand-up group when they go those extra steps for the customer.
