Ehrlich Pest Control

I wish I could give a zero rating. We use Ehrlich for bedbug pest control, and the whole experience has been a nightmare. First, they changed the appointment time twice with last minute notice (for inspection and also for the first treatment). Also, the customer service is not helpful at all - I called and left my phone number with them, requesting the technician who did the treatment to give me a call, and he finally did after I tried for at least five times over two weeks, and what he told me was he did not remember the details of the treatment since it was two weeks ago - hell yeah, if you called me right away instead of waiting for two weeks, then you would have remembered. Finally and most importantly, POOR QUALITY OF TREATMENT. They sent different technicians each time, and each technician had no idea what has been done before. They have done two treatments in my apartment, and I still get those clustered bedbug bites every single night after the treatments, not to mention that I have already got rid of my old bed and bought a brand new bed. They simply just did not treat the place carefully and well enough, so the bugs in the apartment crawled onto my new bed. Further more, they were supposed to provide me with encasements for the bed before the first treatment, however, almost three weeks have passed and two treatments have been done, I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CASINGS. Every time I contacted them, they promised me they will - they have promised probably a hundred times already. And when I asked the technician where's my casing, the technician responded he knew nothing about the casings and all the information he got was "just go spray the apartment". Overall, extremely unprofessional service, STAY AWAY if you don't want to waste your money to get nothing solved. Bedbug treatments are expensive, so spend your money on some better pest control company instead of wasting it on Ehrlich.

Dave was here to day and did our inspection for bugs, mice, etc. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. We have the year around protection service and I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with any kind of pests. The service is excellent.
