Stayed here for Chess Convention 3/2/18, never again! Tear this place down as it is that bad. Unorganized doesn’t even begin to describe having to go through 5 room changes to finally have a room with 2 beds with a working bathroom that does not smell horribly. The staff are nice but clueless. The rooms are dirty like they are in need of a working vacuum and some serious scrubbing, beds are like sleeping on dirty plywood with STAINED MATTRESSES comparing it to a nasty dirty gym socks for sheets and blankets and tv’s that barely work.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Even the breakfast buffet was a disaster as there was a line out the door and a find your own seating system. People jumping in seats as soon as you stand up even if you’re not done! 45 minutes in line and trying to find seating, Complete fail!! Manager no where to be found and no apologies given.
Go somewhere else!
