Adam, Gwen and all the instructors at Enso create a caring and welcoming space. The practices are great workouts as well as spiritually nourishing.
Although practiced in a group, yoga is a very personal thing. I have practiced while injured, participating in a way that nourished my soul while not using my injured muscles. I do what I can and rest when I needed.
Enso is a community. I appreciate what each of the Enso yoga teachers bring, and it fits right into the loving culture that is Enso.
