Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car since I moved to Pennsylvania and this particular office I've been here 17 years and never had a bad experience everybody's kind and helpful and the staff is really wonderful we thank you very much,

I usually don't have a problem with Enterprise, but this last rental I called to be picked up. The gentleman that I spoke with obviously didn't do his job. They didn't come and pick me up at the time arranged. I called and was on hold for over 10 minutes. Not good, once they did answer they said that it was not noted for a pick up. Then the rep told me that they only had a trunk and a mini vac. I requested an SUV!!!!!
