VERY patient, there was never any pressure (I spent over 6 months looking--started out in Haverford and ended up in Douglasville, that's a pretty big range). Anthony was always willing to go anywhere, look at anything and he was always honest. If a house was going to be a "project", he told me. He pointed out things I wouldn't have even noticed. If I had a question, Anthony had the answer, if there was a problem he was resolving it before I even realized there was an issue. The day of settlement, during the walk through, we realized there was no heat. Anthony was completely on top of it---within minutes, he had a heating contractor on the phone, had a diagnosis, an estimate and an appointment scheduled for it to be taken care of. Anthony far exceeds full service, not only did he make all the arrangements required for settlement, inspections, a contact for a great deal on insurance ---he also made arrangements for repairs and cosmetic items for me POST closing. Working with Anthony, I never felt like the point was for him to make a sale, I always felt it was about finding a house that I loved and that suited me and my lifestyle. I cannot possibly express how amazing Anthony is.
