Very rarely do I write a review for anything, because I quite frankly don't have the time. I would like to start off by saying, these guys got me into a car with no credit history and $1,000 down. With what seemed to be at the time a very affordable monthly payment. I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire with around 50,000 miles on it. They took a considerable amount of money off for it and had me driving within the week. I eventually ran into several problems. Misfires in every cylinder, bad motor mount on the drivers side, the headliner was falling down, it came with a power steering leak which eventually caused power steering system failure. Next came the AC compressor and the drivers side heated seat. I called the dealership, and they agreed that these issues should not be going on and wanted to trade me out of it and into something else. I drive the car all the way to the dealership with it misfiring in every cylinder the whole way down, and they say they can't approve me without a cosigner. Interesting because I had proof of income and was able to get the first loan without a cosigner. They also wanted to take trade value off because of an inspection which I couldn't get because of the broken parts. I couldn't afford the car anymore and faced $500-$1000 for monthly repairs. I was seriously battling if I should review 2 or 3 stars, but there was no 2 1/2 so they got two. Great group of people, but an absolutely horrible car. You'd think that the owner of a dealership that drives an Aston Martin would be able to come up with a better solution to a problem that his own salesmen caused but apparently that's not the case.

Everyone at bonnell's was very kind and courteous. They took the time to explain everything and helped immensely with the car rental. If I need any other work done I will definitely be using Bonnell's
